I’m a pretty easygoing and respectful person to live with. I don’t mind roommates having friends or guests over at all, as long as there’s proper communication and mutual respect. I believe everyone should feel comfortable in their own space while also being mindful of the people they live with.

I’m big on keeping my living space clean, organized, and hygienic. I take cleanliness and personal hygiene seriously and appreciate living with people who feel the same way. I work out five times a week, have a full-time job, and frequently pick up overtime, so I stay pretty busy.

I’m also very responsible when it comes to bills and making sure everything is paid on time. Outside of work and the gym, I enjoy playing video games and making music. I’m also 420-friendly.

Ideally, I’m looking to live with two other roommates in a comfortable, respectful environment where everyone communicates, respects boundaries, and does their part to keep the place nice. My budget is a maximum of $800 per person.
