This wonderful Victorian duplex is located right next to the Minneapolis Institute of Art and Eat Street. There is a warm and inviting natural lighting that permeates the house on those mornings and evenings, as the house is on the upper section of the home. There is a spaciousness and segmentation of rooms that makes the house feel big and private. There is also a deck and and outdoor garden area to sit and enjoy a yard. There in a washer and dryer in the basement as well. The rent includes water/city services/internet. Gas and Electricity are not included and cost about $145 for the year.

I’m a 32 year old male, who loves to cook, bake, read, and enjoy the cozy living room area I’ve made. I have kept the space clean, especially the shared spaces. My rule for myself is to always have the kitchen clean after I am done cooking and at the end of the night. I enjoy walking to MIA on the weekends, trying to cook a recipe from recipes from around the world, and connect with people who share my similar passions in life. I work at a nonprofit and usually work from home only on Mondays, and am at our office the rest of the days.
