Single ( no kids) professional woman. Moved into a three bedroom house and its too big for me, looking to lease out the largest bedroom in the house for a potential roommate. I work from home some days and then travel in and out sometimes. My house is 10 minute drive to downtown and 7 minute drive to University of Houston Main campus regardless of time of day. The house is in a neighborhood two streets away from a park with a walking trail; near grocery stores and public transportation. The room is private and furnished, also comes with samsung smart tv, and includes use a washer and dryer, wifi, and all utilities. Bathroom is shared, you can have use of kitchen and all other living spaces in the house including patio, backyard and garage. House has two private driveways so you would have your own private parking space. I am very laid back, can keep to myself or have light convo depending on how we vibe.
