Maximo B - $1,000/month

I have just graduated from high school and deferred from going to college for at least a year. I am starting a job as an apprentice carpenter in Arvada.
I grew up in Uruguay and speak Spanish fluently. I'm pretty laid back, enjoy most sports and outdoor activities. Moving to Colorado where I do have some family, but I want to make my own friends and be independent. I know how to cook & clean!
I will be new to the area and so would prefer to rent month to month for now, but would also be willing to sign a longer contract.
