I'm very clean, reliable, an introvert for the most part and do not have visitors/traffic except caregivers, love plants and gardening, enjoy creating and fixing things, crafts and painting, love my rabbit Churro and animals, I try to keep things organized, I believe in God and being kind to others, I'm a pretty quiet person but I love listening to music all genres, and I'm very responsible when it comes to my bills I've never paid my rent late in 5yrs and have 100% on all my other bills/cards.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a fourplex, this apartment offers easy access to I-5, Highway 18, Highway 67, bus lines, stores, restaurants, the Supermall, and Green River College all within a few miles.The cul-de-sac is quiet, and the neighbors in the fourplexes and nearby duplexes are friendly. Over the years, we've built a close-knit community and look out for each other. Off-street parking is available if you have a car. The room is spacious, well-lit, and freshly painted. It is unfurnished with a good tv mounted already in place but depending on your needs I can help with some furniture items. It includes a large walk-in closet with built-in shelves on one side and ample hanging space on both sides and with plenty of room for extra storage like boxes. The room is available for one adult only. I do prefer you have your own kitchenware, pans, and bath towels. If not I can provide some items temporarily.
I’m not accepting pets, but I do have a rabbit named Churro. He’s full of personality and often comes out to say hi and see what's going on. Everyone loves him.
I need someone reliable and consistent with paying bills. The rent is $875 per month, with a $250 non-refundable fee and a $250 refundable security deposit for damages or unpaid bills, totaling $500. These are due before or on move-in day no exceptions. months, and $200–$400 in the colder months. In the winterwear extra layers due to high heating costs. If you need the baseboard heating on constantly, expect the bill to be on the higher end. I’ll always provide a copy of the current electricity bill, which is typically due around the middle of the month.
