I have a great room opening up in my apartment in Midtown East. Move in date is flexible any time in October. The room is big enough for a full or queen and additional furniture. The girl moving out is my best friend and got a great work opportunity in Austin, Texas. She is open to selling the furniture in the room if interested.
The street is quiet but close to a lot bars on 2nd ave. The 4,5, 6, E, and M trains are close by.
It’s an elevator building, with a doorman and laundry in basement. There is also a dishwasher and small pantry.
