I began renting this apartment in Park Slope two years ago (rent cost has not changed!). My roommate is moving in with some friends and now I’m looking for a new roommate.

This property is fantastic. After touring dozens of properties I found this great place. It has by far the most spacious living room and bedroom combination I've seen at a pretty great price in an awesome location. It is only 2 blocks from the Prospect Ave R stop, 5 blocks from the 4th Ave 9th St F&G stop, 30 blocks from Barclays Center, and a 15-20 minute walk to Prospect Park.
