HUGE Bushwick Bedroom! $1000 a/ utilities

I’m currently in search of a new roommate to fill up the other room in my apartment by Sept 1st. The room is a large bedroom, can fit a king mattress, a sofa, a dresser, a tv...it’s really big! Two windows and two doors - one leading to kitchen and one leading to the exit hallway.

The closest stations are:
L train at Halsey
J train at Halsey
M train at Knickerbocker

No pets allowed, though I do have a cat. Looking for someone on the quiet side, who is looking for a comforting and easy place to stay. I’m very respectful and kind, I work 5 days a week, so I won’t be home too often.
