Student studying International Business, looking for a place in or around Brooklyn to stay for the Fall ‘26-Spring 27’ semester and beyond. Interested in a renting period of at least 12 mo. I’m currently finishing the spring ‘26 semester upstate before transferring to NYC, so I can’t move in anytime before June 2026.

I’m responsible, respectful, and tidy (I love to decorate and make a room cozy, so I really value keeping it tidy). I’m totally open to either becoming new friends or simply cohabitating peacefully, whichever way the wind blows. Although I won’t be bringing pets of my own, I’m pet friendly and would love to be buddies with your little companion!

I’m a busy student, spending most of my time at work, school, and clubs, so I’m typically only home about 30% of the time per week (schedule-dependent). I’m a morning person, especially during the school term. I am a peaceful roommate/tenant as most of my hobbies are quiet or headphone friendly :)
