I’m a full time artist renting a cozy bedroom in Hamilton Heights. I spend a few months out of the year doing contracts, and we have one loving cat living in the apartment. There’s a Washer and dryer in unit, along with dishwasher. We’re steps away from the C train. Looking for someone clean, considerate, and looking to make a cozy home with our third roommate. As far as house culture, I tend to keep to myself, but I’d like to find a roommate who’s down for a movie night every now and then.
