Available Room for Rent

Room Available with HUGE BACKYARD! Part of a 3br Duplex.

I have a bedroom available starting July 1st. A door to the amazing private backyard is attached to the room, so you have full access. The backyard is setup with a grill, outdoor furniture and a nice gazebo canopy. The backyard is probably at least 30ft x 30ft and is pretty private with fences.

The room is part of a duplex 3BR 1.5 bathroom apt with laundry in the apt. Each room has a dedicated AC/Heat system.

The apartment is a 4-5 minute walk to the 125th stop with the A, B, C and D trains so it's super quick to get down into Midtown Manhattan.

We are both professional males, 27 and 30 years old. I'm a corporate chef and work M-F. While we aren't throwing wild parties every weekend, we do throw the occasional barbeque/party and can be loud from time to time. We like to have fun, but we're also very respectful.

Rent is $1000/month and we each split Con Ed and internet.
