Available Room for Rent

Lease takeover (2 bedrooms available), November/December Move In, 4 Bed 2 Bath apartment, Brookline

I'm looking for one or two roommates, preferably female, to take over the lease in a lovely renovated apartment in Brookline Village and move by November/December. The apartment is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom.

There are two bedrooms available for rent because I’m moving for a job and the other roommate is moving into a new apartment with their partner. My room is 1400 per month and their room is 1500 and utilities are about $100. The lease runs until August 26, with the option to renew.

There are no Brokers' fees. Your move-in expenses will be only the security deposit and the first month rent.

You'll be sharing the space with three other roommates, one is in her early 20 (working professional, prospective medical student), one is in her late 20 (PhD student at Northeastern), and two others are to be found to join the lease.

The two current tenants are professionals and keep the house quiet and clean and everyone is very considerate.
