I’m a quiet, independent person who genuinely enjoys having a peaceful home. I mostly stay to myself and will probably spend the majority of my time upstairs in my own space. You’ll typically see me downstairs when I’m cooking, working out, or using the common areas.

I’m friendly, outgoing, and enjoy good conversation, but I’m also someone who takes time to get comfortable with people. I value my privacy and personal space and prefer for everyone to have their own belongings and boundaries respected. I keep my things separate and am not really a person who shares personal items, so I appreciate living with someone who feels the same way.

I’m a content creator, so I regularly create and record content. There may occasionally be times when I talk louder than usual because my voice naturally carries and I can get passionate when discussing something I’m interested in. If I sound intense or like I have an attitude, it’s usually just passion and enthusiasm not conflict!

I wake up early every morning usually no later than 9 AM, regardless of how late I went to bed. My sleep schedule can vary, but I’m generally an early riser. I work out at home daily, create content, stream a few shows, listen to music, and spend a lot of time doing my own thing.

I’m originally from Miami, so I’m definitely a Florida girl at heart, especially when it comes to music! I love music, although I’m somewhat particular about what I listen to.

I am 100% vegan. Not vegetarian, pescatarian, or “mostly vegan”. I follow a fully vegan lifestyle.

I don’t use drugs, don’t have children, and don’t have pets. I am also not looking to live with pets or children.

Cleanliness Is Extremely Important to Me

I’m very neat, tidy, and clean. I like things to stay in their proper places, and I don’t enjoy clutter or mess. I’m looking for a roommate who has a similar standard of cleanliness and is considerate about keeping shared spaces clean and organized.

Personal hygiene is also extremely important to me. I prefer to live with someone who practices good daily hygiene and is mindful of odors.

I enjoy conversations with thoughtful, patient people. I appreciate being able to have a balanced conversation where everyone has an opportunity to speak and be heard. I don’t enjoy being constantly interrupted, talked over, or having conversations that become unnecessarily drawn out without allowing the other person to participate.

I’m not into loud, boisterous energy, unnecessary drama, or constant chaos. My home is my peaceful space, and I take protecting that peace seriously.

I rarely have company over and generally prefer to keep my home private. I’m completely fine with my roommate enjoying shared spaces, including the living room, but I do prefer that you communicate and get permission before inviting guests into the home.

I don’t want a household with a lot of people constantly coming and going. I believe that everyone who enters a shared home affects the environment and energy of that space, so I prefer to be intentional about who is invited over.

I’m also into fashion and consider myself a bit of a fashionista! Overall, I’m independent, friendly, clean, creative, and respectful of other people’s space. I’m looking for a roommate who is mature, clean, peaceful, respectful of boundaries, and values having a calm and comfortable place to come home to.
