Samuel M - $3,000/month

I recently graduated from Columbia University and I've been working full-time for about 6 months now. I am looking to move out of the Morningside Heights area when my lease is up, in September (earlier move-in can be discussed). I am looking to lease for 5 to 6 months (or 12 with possibility to sublet), since my company will (likely) re-locate me to London in the spring of 2024. It is just me, no pets.

A bit more about me: I'm very easy-going and open. I like to keep my spaces clean, which is quite easy because I'm working most of the time during the day. I enjoy watching, doing, and talking about sports. It consumes 90% of my time, since it is also my work (yes, my hobby is my work!). Other than that, I do regular movie nights with friends and I like going out for drinks. I'm hoping to meet some roommates who have a similar pace of life.
