Beautiful modern open layout, lots of natural light. Large living room and sunroom. Washer/Dryer available in garage, 2 car garage, large yard, Patio w/firepit and grill, aerial rig outside.

Hoping to fill both rooms. Females preferred, open to couples. With 1 roommate the price would be $1200 each, 2 roommates brings price down to $775 each, plus utilities. I am a 34 year old female performer in the Las Vegas area. You would be joining me and my two cats.
