The room is about 140 square feet of space with sliding closet doors and shelf space inside.
Each room in the house has it’s own bathroom with sink and shower so no sharing needed!
There is a shared kitchen, with full appliances, gas stove top, gas oven, dishwasher, etc.
The living room area is also a shared space with couches and a TV.
There is a small workout room that also has my office in it, subject to me or my partner not working in there.
All utilities are included, gas, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. Just be mindful of leaving lights on and what not. Only other shared expense is things that are common use (paper towels, kitchen trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc.)
There is street parking available pretty much 24/7.
This room is best suited for individuals, not accepting couples or families. Message me if interested!
