Hi, we’re a group of 3 whose friend is moving out of our 4-bedroom townhouse at the end of 2022; we’re looking for someone to move into that fourth bedroom for the new year! We have a great location right in the middle of LA, and our rooftop patio has an amazing view of pretty much the whole city. You’d have the bedroom on the first floor, with an adjacent bathroom to yourself. The bedroom itself will be bare but our living room, kitchen, etc are fully furnished. Please note that we have a cat living with us in case you have any animal allergies.
