I'm a licensed massage practitioner who founded my own protocol. My background is in business, but I'm a creative and healer type.
I work here very part-time (happy to discuss details if you're interested in the space).
I love physical things, not just intellectual - the world of energy and nature really speaks to me. We're close to the Humber River, so I take walks there often. Maybe you will too.
I enjoy cooking - both for health and taste - but there's also a great pizza place nearby and affordable patties on the go when you need them.
I'm very creative and into upcycling - adding beauty to everyday objects. There's a space here for creativity with a long table near a wall skylight.
I'm easygoing, respectful, and won't give you a hard time. Just looking for mutual respect and drama-free living.

The room:
• Private room with high ceilings
• Furnished (twin bed, sofa, fridge, fan)
• 2 closets
The home:
• 3-bedroom apartment, max 2 people total
• 2nd floor, small quiet building on Main Street
• Sunny, clean space with white walls, wooden floors, plants if you wish
• Very Near Weston GO station, bus stop, Humber Park, laundry mat, hubs, laundry mat and restaurants/cafés
Included:
• Internet, heat, hydro, household supplies
• Shared kitchen (dishes, pots provided)
• We can share meals if that works for both of us, and cleaning
• Supplies
What I'm looking for:
• Clean and low maintenance
• Working person preferably outside
• Respectful, quiet, no need for drama
• Respects privacy and boundaries / no smoking or drugs in the house or heavy alcohol.
• No heavy smells like curry daily, sry!
Details:
• $930 a month when you stay 12 months- can be lower if you do more cleaning.
• First + last month required
• 12-month minimum- fewer months is more inconvenient and can result in higher rent.
• Available December 1st
• Application + references required
• No parking on-site, but on streets (free parking at GO station on weekends) we can brainstorm different options there are many quiet areas here.
