We are close to the humber river so i had many opportunities to enjoy walks so close by. Maybe you will too.
I enjoy cooking for healthy and taste reasons but there is a nice pizza place here that indulge in and affordable patties on the go.
Being very creative, I enjoy upcycling and adding beauty to certain objects that may be used. There is place here for being creative with a long table near the wall skylight.
It is very enjoyable when the sun shines in here and we don't hear the traffic when you are in the apartment even though this is on a major street.
My background is business but i am creative and healer type,,,, i work here part time and we can discuss it if that works for you.

Clean & Quiet home sharing that is affordable.
PRIVATE ROOM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE but i have lower cost room for temporary use for a busy person who needs a good place to live. Its a lower rent with a little inconvenience. If you know the details its actually can be helpful for the budget conscious renter. A call would be best!
HOME SHARED WITH 1 PERSON MOSTLY IN A 3 BEDROOMS LARGE APT on 2nd floor.
Small quiet building on main street near bus stop, train and restaurant/coffee places.
Furnished room with bed, linen, 1 closets, AC and internet and hydro for
low maintenance, quietish, cleanish and no offense person. I think this shared living can work the best if you work outside so that i can use the room for massage therapy when you are the least inconvenienced. That is why the room is renting for $500.00 to 600.00 depending on maintenance.
This is a clean, sunny, warm, white-walled, wooden floors with plants and comfy sofa.
We can share the common areas ( kitchen ( with dishes etc and washroom) however i respect privacy with phone calls etc.
I thought of helping another person since I am renting since i only need it 4- 5 times a week and wanted to rent with a clear arrangement between us. if you are very busy and low maintenance, and have outside activities , we can discuss this 3rd bedroom. It has worked already before i book when you go to work and you might not even notice it.
SO IF YOU SEEK PRACTICAL HOME ARRANGEMENT PLEASE CALL ME TO DISCUSS YOUR REQUIREMENTS. Its not for every one and that s ok.
We can share meals and some clearning.
