Room for rent in Irvine

I’m leaving California and need someone to take my spot on my lease so my room is available for immediate move in. It’s a very nice sized room, my bed is just very huge as you’ll see in the pictures lol. It would be 1400 a month and comes with a parking spot, own room, and shared bathroom. There are two other girls that live with me in their own rooms and they’re very nice, chill, and do their own thing. There is a tennis court, onsite laundry, pool, hot tub, and gym.
