Hi everyone

I am Jack, a 26yr old Australian moving over to NYC to run a cafe for Bluestone Lane in the upper east side. I have worked in hospitality my whole career and live and breathe coffee. Have previously lived in a sharehouse and am well travelled so I definitely respect space and enjoy socialising. Would love to see some more photos of the space available and be keen to chat over the phone if you have any other questions
I'll be over and ready to move in on the 6th of September, with Work starting on the 12th.
