Looking for a roommate to co-sign a 2-bed in SF. Budget up to $3,000/mo for my share. I'm month-to-month and can move ASAP.

Preferred neighborhoods: Marina, North Beach, Russian Hill, Potrero, Nob Hill, Hayes Valley — flexible if the location is good.

Must-haves: in-unit laundry, parking for my car (roommate parking we can work out), AC a plus.

About me: I work in San Jose 1–2x/week via shuttle and I'm looking to be in SF long-term. I try to keep things clean, and I'm flexible socially — happy to hang out or keep to myself depending on the household. No dealbreakers, OK with guests.
