Hello! Myself and my boyfriend are looking to confirm a roommate when we rent in May. We're looking at 2-3 bedrooms houses, with the budget on our end being roughly $1200 plus utilities. We have one dog who warms up quickly if you give her treats, and one cat who mostly keeps to herself unless she's hungry or just craving snuggles. I'm a college student and about to become a full time nanny over the summer, and my boyfriend is in trade school while working side jobs. We're looking all over the dallas area, including but not limited to: Commerce, Greenville, Richardson, Plano, Allen, Lake Dallas, Arlington, Sherman, Blue Ridge, etc.
