Are you looking for a long-term place to live? This spacious Sherman Oaks apartment is in a great location--close to the 405, 101, and Ventura Blvd.

The room for rent has an attached bath and plenty of closet space, but please note it is not a master suite.

The rest of the apartment feels roomy thanks to an open floor plan. Kitchen with lots of cabinets, dining room-living room area with wet bar, nice balcony, and even more closet space! There's central heat/AC and plenty of natural light.

We'll share a tandem parking spot in an underground garage. There's onsite laundry and a pool. Pets are allowed, but must be approved by management (shouldn't be a problem if they're well-behaved).

Looking for a roommate who wants a quiet refuge. I’m a homebody (and I WFH) and prefer a relaxed living environment. Few guests, no overnight guests. I try to keep shared spaces reasonably neat and tidy and ask that you do the same. I use the kitchen quite a bit (I love to cook!) but do my best to keep things from piling up on counters/in sinks.

Smoking is not allowed on the property. Must have good credit and verifiable income. $1,435 rent + $1,435 deposit + shared utilities (electric and internet)
