Hi, 31M here looking to move to NYC in November . Hoping to find 1 or 2 other roommates with the same timeline. Ideally once rent is split my target price is $1,500 or less per person. Also, I would prefer an apartment that is not above the second floor if it is a walk up. If there are elevators, then I don’t have any concern on floor level.
