I’ve lived in this complex for over a year, and I’ve decided I would like to live with someone. The two bedroom units are indefinitely nicer than the one bedroom units, the complex has many amenities, and one of the best/kindest maintenance teams I’ve ever met. I do have one cat, but he is extremely docile. I tend to keep to myself, but there are days where I may ask if you’d like to play board games or watch a movie, or try food that I have cooked. I am a pastry chef by trade, so the kitchen is always clean! I would prefer a woman, preferably in their early 20s or mid 20s, but I wouldn’t mind a young couple either, as long as you are tidy, and not too loud! ☺️ I have living room furniture, decor, kitchen necessities, and essentially everything you’d need minus your bedroom furniture.
