Hi, I’m Daniel. I’m 39 but I am definitely a young man at heart and moved to New York this past September to start a new life and to live out my dreams. I’m currently living in The Bronx, but I’m hoping to find a place a little closer to my jobs to make the commute easier. I’ve been working at the same job since I relocated and have steady income and I just recently started a second job so I'll be at work 7 days a week I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I love to cook so I would gladly cook up weekly meals for us. I don't drink but I am 420 friendly. It would be great to find a roommate who’s outgoing and maybe open to showing me around the city a bit since I’m still getting to know it—but that’s definitely not a requirement. I’m easygoing and just looking for a comfortable, drama-free place to call home. Also any help with the deposit or willingness to work with me on it would be amazing.
