The room is slightly over 8’X8’ and sits just off from the living room, balcony and shares a wall with the master bedroom. It has two windows facing south, one which opens allowing airflow and use for the A/C unit.

The room is painted in line with the aesthetic of the rest of the apartment.

A double/queen bed can fit comfortably in the room. Extra storage space aside from the rooms closet would need to be rented out from the building.

The room is for rent as-is and the rest of the apartment is already decorated. The apartment is a reasonably compact for being built in 2005, with high ceilings, shared bathroom, in-suite laundry and a great layout.

The building and unit is non-smoking and has a 24 hour loud noise policy - Living is comfortable and within reason.

The amenities include a very large Gym, Movie Room, Amenities room (with full kitchen and BBQ), Billiards, a large lap pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and showers.
We also have a communal front lawn with a small children’s playground.

The building has several small businesses which include a dental office, seamstress, electronics repair, coffee/restaurants and Beauty shops.

The location is next to the Parq Casino which keeps us just off of the main strip allowing for a quiet neighbourhood. And two blocks from both the Canada and Expo/Millennium Lines.
