Room for Rent in Park Slope. Amazing Location!

Hi there!

We have an opening for a room in a three bedroom apartment in Park Slope. The room is 8 x 10, and will be available on 3/1/19 (also have the possibility of it being available on 2/16 which we can also discuss). Utilities are separate and include wifi, heat, gas and electricity. Apartment has a spacious living room and kitchen. There is also laundry available in the basement of the building.

The 2 roommates are two awesome professional women who are both laid back and don't bring the party back to the apartment, and are looking for the same in you. We are open to either male or female roommates.

This apartment is a short walk to both Prospect Park and the Barclays center. It is also close to the following subway lines: B, Q, 2, 3, 4, 5, D, N, and R. On top of all that, there are a ton of amazing restaurants and bars in walking distance.

What we need from you: Must be able to pass a credit check, you are employed full time and make 40x the monthly rent. We will also need first months rent and a security deposit that equals the monthly rent.
