Live On The Lake

1 furnished guest bedroom with guest bathroom available 3/1/2025. The apartment is overlooking Lake Martin and you will have direct access to the lake, fishing, kayaking, jogging/hiking/walking path (2.45 miles) around the serene 44 acre private lake. The apartment is fully furnished. If you have your own bed, I am happy to take the current large twin bed out for you. It has a new memory foam bed. Most comfy bed in the home!! We have 3 or 4 pools, tennis, gym and Amazon Hub on site. Screened in porch with access to the backyard and lake. We already have 2 dogs and a cat so I think we're maxed out in the pet department, but everything is negotiable. All utilities, internet, Hulu, Netflix, Peacock and Amazon Prime are included in your rent. $200 security deposit to be held in an escrow account.
I guess it depends on the person if we'd rather have a male or female roommate.
Hoping to find someone fun yet professional.
The lease can be for 9 months but renewed in October if we so choose.
We just want someone cool, caring, respectful, responsible and basically neat to share our home.
