I have a room up for rent in Springfield, VA (~20 mins from D.C). The room is located in a beautiful end-unit townhouse that has a huge fenced backyard. Shared space will be shared with 2 young professionals who just graduated from Virginia Tech (including myself) and the bathroom will be shared with only 1 other roommate. We are extremely laid back and we both work a good amount during the week but like to have our fair share of fun over the weekends.
