I work a lot so I am not home much as it is. I am very organized, clean, respectful, and the home is in great condition. Its in a excellent location about 5mins from I-10 in a great neighborhood, in the energy corridor close to the Katy area and Memorial city area. The prefect candidate is a clean and responsible professional / student to rent out one or more of the rooms. The entire upstairs is pretty much private being that I do not use it at all.
