This 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment is located in the heart of beautiful Lincoln Park. Nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street we’re only a 10 minute walk from lively Clark Street, 20 min walk from Lakeview East, Boystown, and Armitage Ave shopping (not to mention a 15 min walk to Lake Michigan and the zoo). We’re also a 10 minute walk from the Fullerton train stop so downtown (and really anywhere in the city) is only a train ride away.
The apartment has central air and heat with in unit laundry. We also have a dishwasher and updated kitchen appliances, including a wine fridge and a fireplace! Our utilities include gas, air/heat, and internet which are about $100 depending on the season. The apartment is fully furnished except for your room.
