My roommate Sherquan and I are looking for a third person to join us in our apartment search. Our total budget is 4200 for a 3 bedroom. We would like to sign a year-long lease ASAP and no later than end of May. We are interested in the UES, UWS, or anywhere downtown as long as it has easy access to transit.

About Us: Sherquan (23) works in HR and I work in mental health. We are clean, responsible, communicative, and friendly. We love exploring the city, binging shows/movies, trying out new restaurants, and learning more about wellness/self-help.

What we are looking for: We hope to find someone who is also clean, reliable, communicative and shares similar values (BIPOC, LGBTQ+ friendly). We prefer someone who has lived in NYC before and has experience living with roommates. We are happy to hang out from time to time or let each other do their own thing. Whatever you're comfortable with! We are also looking for someone who doesn't tend to bring the party home. However, we are okay with overnight guests occasionally as long as you are mindful of frequency and the length of their stay. Sherquan wants to adopt a cat soon so we are hoping to find someone who is pet-friendly. Overall, we are hoping to create a safe, comfortable, and peaceful living environment :)
