Hey my roommate and I are looking for someone to rent my room out , I have a family emergency to take care of so unfortunately I will have to move out soon.. but this gives someone else the opportunity to live in such a beautiful neighborhood! We are off the I-10 in Goodyear. It is a two bedroom townhome. You would have your own room and bathroom , you will also have access to a pool and gym.
