Greetings! I am thrilled to announce that I will be attending NYU's Tandon School of Engineering to pursue a Masters in Construction Engineering. Besides my academic pursuits, I take pride in my culinary skills, specializing in both Indian and Continental cuisines. Maintaining a clean and organized living environment is important to me.

Socializing is something I greatly enjoy, and I occasionally host intimate house gatherings, always making sure my roommates are comfortable with the idea. These gatherings provide a wonderful opportunity to connect with friends, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

My passion for fitness and sports drives me to actively participate in activities such as golf, badminton, and cricket. Engaging in these physical pursuits not only helps me stay fit but also brings me immense joy and fulfillment.

In terms of accommodation, I have a maximum budget of $900 for my share of the rent. I prefer a furnished private room that provides a comfortable and personal space to unwind after a long day.

I have an adventurous spirit and love to explore new places. If I have good company, I am more than willing to embark on trips and discover the wonders of NYC and the USA in general. However, I do have a small disclaimer—I will manage my budget responsibly, prioritizing my expenses. If there is still room in my budget after all the exciting exploration in NYC, I would be delighted to continue discovering new destinations.

Additionally, I am a social drinker, enjoying a drink 1-2 times a week. I do not smoke and would appreciate sharing a room with someone who also does not smoke inside the apartment or house.
