This is a 2 bed 2 bath Condo (corner unit) and I am looking for a roommate to fill the other room with a private bathroom. It is only a 2 year old condo and I prefer a friendly and fair roommate who is open to communicating household matters. They must be equally responsible to keep the condo clean. The building has great amenities like a 24 Hour concierge, Large Gym, Yoga studio, Sauna, Game room, Meeting Room, Lounge/Party Room, Roof-top deck with Outdoor BBQ - downtown, lake & CN tower views. It is located in King West, close to Rogers stadium, which is home to many entertainment/activities, bars/coffee, restaurants etc. The King St. Streetcar (504/304) conveniently stops right outside the building and you are walking distance to subway.
