About the Apartment:
The apartment is 1600 square feet with a wonderful enclosed patio sanctuary and laundry machines in the unit, so no need to constantly run to the bank for rolls of quarters! Two bedrooms with a full kitchen, dining room area, living room and office/ utility room.

The second bedroom is occupied by a couple and their little puppy. We are laid back, friendly and very easy going professionals (from the Midwest and East coast).

The Room:
The room is fully furnished with a comfy, a large mirror closet, big windows and an onsite bathroom with a shower. It’s cable ready, large, private, and cozy. What more can you ask for?!

Location:
The apartment is near Westside Pavilion (soon to be Google). It’s a 5 minute walk to the nearby Landmark movie theater, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream spots, the exposition rail line and more.

Minutes to UCLA, Century City, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Santa Monica.
Close proximity to the 405 and 10 highways.

Preferred occupant:
Seeking a responsible professional, though students are also welcome to apply. No other pets at this time and a non-smokers preferred.
