Hey everyone, my name is Elijah. I’m currently looking for either a room or a roommate to find a place together in DMV by the end of July or start of August.

My budget is $1,000 to $1,600/month, but I’m flexible for the right setup. Mainly looking for areas that are walking distance to a metro and a grocery store.
Ideally looking for:
• 2 bedroom place max
• Each person having their own bathroom, or as to own bath as possible
• Clean, comfortable setup with a good balance of social and personal space
• 1 year lease or month to month is fine

A little about me:
I work full time for TSA , like to keep things clean, easy to get along with, and low drama. I’m a bit of an introvert, but absolutely enjoy being social and going out. I like playing my PS5, watching movies (horror is my favorite genre) and reading. Mostly just looking for a good living situation with normal, respectful people.
