The apartment is 3 bed / 2 bath with access to a garage, dedicated parking spot, spacious backyard and washer/dryer.

Currently there is one tenant that is a young professional with a small dog who occupies one room.The available room is 13' x 11' with a closet (7' x 2') and private balcony (9' x 4'). You will have your own bathroom. Pictures #4-6. The third room is 11' x 8' with a closet and will be a shared space between you and the current tenant. Picture #7.

The total rent is $3200 and will be split between you and the current tenant (~1600/person). Utilities are not included into rent.
