$700 Wicker Park

30 something gal living in the heart of Wicker Park a few blocks from the Damen Blue stop is in desperate need of a roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment I need to find someone for Sept. 1, that would be cool with signing a year lease with me. The apartment is pretty big, central AC, but the room for rent is the smaller of the 2 bedrooms. It could fit a queen-sized bed or smaller. Since I have the bigger room, the large front closet would be yours to use as well.

I have a dog and a cat, so no more pets. They are both very quiet and only my responsibility. I can get along with pretty much anyone but I ask that you are employed, can split the cost of bills and the responsibility of cleaning the common areas. You would need to have your own kitchen supplies because I have allergies. 420 friendly too!

I have lived here around 7 years, its quiet, and there's always free street parking. The furniture is nothing special so we can def get rid/move stuff if you have stuff but if you don't that's fine too! The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint but other than that it is well-maintained building. The landlord will run a background check/employment verification and $700 deposit would be due to him as well.
