I have two medium sized rooms in a townhouse available. This house in a quiet in a gated community near shopping and entertainment. The house has shared bathrooms, screened in back porch, and a large living/dining room area with tables and ample seating. There is a washer, dryer, dishwasher available to use. And utilties, including high speed internet, are provided with the rent. In addition every room has a smart TV, so you don't need to buy or bring your own. The community has a pool, spa, club house and gym. There is a nice park across the street.
We also love dogs, so hopefully you have one or are good with having one in the house.
