Living at One12 Courtland has been an amazing and peaceful experience. Located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, the building is incredibly accessible and secure — just minutes from all my favorite food spots. The staff is super responsive, especially when it comes to handling maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. My room was spacious and private, with a large bathroom, a wide mirror, and a comfortable XL twin bed. It also came with a desk, and everything in the room could be moved around to fit my personal style. While the building is 4/20-friendly, it’s well-maintained and doesn’t have any strong odors. Overall, it’s been a quiet, comfortable space that I’d recommend to anyone looking to live close to everything in the city.

About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the apartment with three other female roommates, all of whom are incredibly respectful, friendly, and easy to live with. One of them has a beautiful black dog who’s well-behaved and sweet. Everyone tends to keep to themselves and is mindful of shared spaces — they always clean up after themselves and maintain a calm, peaceful environment. During my time here, I spent a lot of time in my room and never had any issues with noise, privacy, or boundaries. There was never a problem with stealing or anyone prying into my business. Honestly, it often felt like I had the place to myself — that’s how low-key and considerate they all are.
