I have a room for rent, open to a female or non-binary roommate only please, in my three bedroom, two and a half bath house, LGBTQ+ friendly and BIPOC friendly. I myself am queer in a long-term, sapphic relationship, and maintain an environment accepting of these values.
The bedroom comes unfurnished, and includes a private use bathroom and a large loft space that can be outfitted as a home office, a reading nook, a gym space — whatever would best suit your needs. I am located in NE Denver, a convenient fifteen-minute drive from DIA, and six minutes from a park and ride station, if that's your preference.
Room Details:
• $1,300 a month w/ a security deposit (deposit amount negotiable for the right tenant)
