the rent is $900/month. this includes utilities. and the move in date is march 1st. with rent being due the first of the month. all areas are furnished. you will have your own bathroom and bedroom to do with as you please just as long as it doesn’t stink. our rooms share a wall. parking is free. this is a cat house (2) but they are well behaved.
