Hi! Looking around early for a good roommate match at the end of my lease :) I’m a 25 year old reporter who’s lived in NYC for about 3 years and looking for a quiet, friendly situation where we both can make sure we’re cozy and comfortable at home.

I wake up quite early for work and value an environment that’s low traffic (not a ton of guests though partners and occasional hangouts are totally fine!), respectful (being mindful of picking up after ourselves, volume, and letting each other know when we had guests!). I always go out of my way to be considerate for others needs and am all about communication!

I’m pretty independent but would also love to be friendly with my roommate! In my free time I like to read, write, thrift, and do picnics and long walks in the park :) not planning to have a pet but if you have cats or a well trained dog it is HUGE plus
