Hello Potential Roommates! We're looking for someone to join us in a 3bdrm/1bath for a year lease starting November 1st.

About us:

(1) I’ve been living in this apartment for 5 years. I work 5 days a week in Manhattan as an elder care assistant. I’m also an Actor/Shadow Puppeteer and do odd things at home like puppet building, zoom rehearsals, and VO recording. I’m involved in a community garden and will occasionally bring home farm fodder to share. I’m a homebody who likes to play podcasts and audiobooks when I’m in the shower or when cooking/baking. I have a partner who sometimes stays over.

(2) I’ve been living here now for two years. Moved to NY from LA to study acting at a two-year conservatory, from which I’ve now graduated and am embarking on my professional acting career. I’m also a server working in Fort Greene and so am mostly around mornings and would arrive back late at night. I’m out of the house a lot, especially as I’m often spending big chunks of my time staying at my girlfriend’s place—and she’ll be around here a bit too. When home I’m cooking, rehearsing / doing self-tapes, reading, listening to music, watching movies, playing video games, and exercising, etc
