I’m 34 and have been living in Indy since 2010. I bought the house from the estate of my friend after he finished his battle with ALS back in 2022. I love DnD, video games on my Switch and my computer, reading, and a whole slew of other hyper fixations that change with the wind. I work full time and have a bunch of hobbies. My house is changed a lot over the last year, and I expect there to be more changes as I get time and funds to upgrade and fix things.

One Room in a three bedroom house in Pike Township.
We're about 5 minutes to Walmart and Costco, 10 minutes to Target and Kroger, and a whole bunch of restaurants and things to do including an AMC as well as a couple breweries and coffee shops. Honestly a really great area.
This room is furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, bedside table, and some nice lighting. Feel free to put stuff up on the walls if you want. There’s a lock on the door and you have your own closet. The carpet was added in back in 2022, the shared bathroom was renovated around that time as well.
You have access to pretty much the entire house: the back screened in porch, the kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room and hallway bathroom shared by the two rooms. You don’t have access to the other bedrooms or the garage. Your best bet for parking is street parking.
