We are artistic, responsible, and friendly. One of us works at home in his own separate office, while I work in Orange County several times a week. We love talking movies, books, sports, and games of course! We have a good collection of both board games and console games, but we often forego those to just chat or let our two bunnies out of their hutch to run adorably around the living room.

Who wouldn't love this place! You will have a private bedroom, a private balcony with a glorious vista, and your own full bathroom.
This house has everything---a gigantic living room with an epic fireplace, a TV with all the streaming services, super-fast wifi, a garden with ELEVEN fruit trees, and beautiful views from the living room and kitchen (which is fully equipped with updated appliances).
It's located in an extremely safe area which is only 5 minutes from downtown Alhambra, 15 minutes from downtown LA, and 10 minutes from Pasadena.
Please, we are looking for someone with no pets, children, or live-in partners. You of course can have an overnight guest several times a week. We have a house-cleaning service, but you will be expected to keep the place reasonably tidy between cleanings.
We prefer someone who does not work at home, but if you think you're the super-cool, super-respectful housemate we're looking for, let's talk!
