...I'm looking for at least a year. first last and security.. all utilities are included as well as premium tv channels and high speed internet. 1300 a month , 300 security. The townhouse is 1200 square feet.Of course, you would have full use of everything and I have a patio that's about 400 square feet that is very nicely landscape with a bbq , It's in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens near the colleges and the mall , beachs , parks and interstate ,so it's a very good location. Please be very clean and respectful. The furniture is quality . I'm a very nice guy.I don't mind becoming friends with my roommates. these are those townhouses that are everywhere..So it kinda have to get along.You have two choices you go up or you go down..lol ( see pix)
