Hi! My name is Tennley, I'm a single, 24 year old woman from New York who moved to Thornton area in February of 2020. I followed my mother out here after she moved here in the summer of 2019. I have a puppy named Anakin and a senior cat (who literally does not move from my bed, haha) named Fred. Both of which are extremely affectionate and friendly, and love people. A bit about myself -- I work as a full time hairdresser in Boulder, who enjoys reading, horror movies, anime, baking (a lot, to which you can help yourself anytime to what's on the counter) and playing video games. I rarely have people over my house, but do not mind if you have people over. I usually stay in my room, regardless of large common areas in the home, but am not totally hermit. I have a stable routine with my job, hobbies, and my pets.

Townhome room for rent
The townhome is three stories, one of which is a finished basement, washer and dryer with linen closet downstairs. Main floor has large dining room, breakfast nook, living room, and a good sized kitchen. Half bathroom is also on main floor, with closet and two car garage. Top floor has the two bedrooms, each bedroom has it's private bathroom, the bedroom I am renting out has a good size closet you can walk in that leads to the bathroom, full bath with shower. Sadly, the townhome does not have a backyard, we do have access to a pool, and have a little front patio attached that could fit a grill or some seats. There is a lot of open space around townhome, extremely pet and family friendly. Neighborhood is quiet, and a short five minute distance from grocery stores, a Target, Walmart, restaurants, ect. It is also in between i-25 and 36, 20 minute drive to both Boulder and downtown Denver. Landlords pay HOA fees, which includes trash, water, ect. Tenants pay $800/month + utilities (wifi +electric). Usually it adds to around $900/month (sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on time of the year). Lease is for March 1st, looking for someone to possibly sublet my roommates room, and possibly looking to renew the lease in 2023 if good fit!
